Globalisation - Boon or Bane ??

Albeit LPG lifted up INDIA to a greater height,they cause certain adverse effect on our local communities.they are unable to market up their products by competing with the global giants.so to my point its 50:50.

it is a definite boon.donno how many new opportunies come across n donnow how many threats for the existing players. but what so ever,i gives competition to relaxed business man, giving rise to enterpreneurship. so who wouldnt want a better product at a lower cost. so, definitely a boon

They provide adequate market for products
though it provides market , it provide employment and ways of development of the country
there are some disadvantages
1.Poorer countries suffering disadvantages: ie the countries which are poorer becomes poor and countries which are rich becomes more rich. small and poor countries mostly have the agriculture as the main exports and this due to globalization (EU) lowers the price of the crops
2.The shift to outsourcing: The low cost of offshore workers have enticed corporations to buy goods and services from foreign countries. The laid off manufacturing sector workers are forced into the service sector where wages and benefits are low, but turnover is high.

globalisation is the best way for a developing economy. it lifts up economy performance thr' new jobs, more jobs, improves quality of life, brings in new products ..... i do agree that the other face of globalisation is exploitation of resources, but it cannot be denied that the quantum of growth that it brings is huge...
