Yes, if you consider the factors that are important for employee satisfaction like salary, incentives, trophies, certificates, etc etc.., then the salary would definitely account for 60% of the satisfaction of the employees. People have a perception which they nurture strongly - if you have money everything becomes easy. Salary will be not major factor for job satisfaction!!!!
