Docs as brand endorsers-Good or bad?

Recently,Pepsi has roped Docs to endorse two of its products,namely Oats and Tropicana.Is this good or Bad?

There is nothing wrong in Doctor endorsing a health drinks.These kinda endorsements are good to make ppl to move towards healthy drinks and it also helps in the brand image of Pepsi,which was still considered a cola company.

After Bollywood stars the Doctors are donning the new role of brand endorsers.This is more commercialized.Why should they endorse a particular product.There are lot of good products like Dettol available in the market.Why should they endorse a particular brand.They can give advise or rather endorse abt a particular food product bt they shouldn't advertise a particular product.This is good marketing strategy from Pepsi

Wen doctors endorse a particular product ppl get the confidence in dat particular product. earlier, docs hav endorsed Dettol n other products like diaper,etc. Its gud that doctors endorse good product aftr testng it....but they shud not b brand specific. They shud endorse in general 4 a common product. They can endorse juice be it frm Tropicana or any other gud company...

its all for profits .. if docs dont endorse.. some actor will .. its marketing.. luring is the trade of the game.

Consumers need to do their due diligence.. if ice gets sold to an Eskimo, so be it

it all depends on their product coz the ideal cycology of ppl is to trust when they see doctors.it wud work for pepsi.

docs has come close to individual than any other profession as the middle class started becoming so to say rich .
