You need to check the authenticity of the report; in addition the report is a simple representation of frequency and does not soecify the level of significane; thus a conclusion cannot be drawn; there are very many such reports citing that uneducated people are the most rich/successful though there may seem to be a correlation until statistically verified the statement has no authenticity;

What I have explained above is the statistical inference; making such generalized statements are no longer valid since the present scenario calls for both the male and female species to work and such statements would not go down well; office affairs are common to both the genders; to keep your spouse away from such a situation would require the two to develop mutual bondings and respect for the other giving them equal respect and care so that one does not fall prey to such encounetrs.

its not the work culture that has to be blamed everytime an issue like this arises....it totally depends upon the people who r working there.

If a woman who is single finds a partner who works with her in the office I don't think nething is wrong with that...but the real problem is when married ppl get into relationships at work...these ppl r to be blamed for spoiling the work culture.

yes, i do agree that 23 % of the working women had an affair in that period....
its bcoz women in office gets mix up with the working scenario and apart from that they do sometimes becomes more emotional and their sex appeal approaches the mens to attract towards the....

u r bound 2 hv sum kinda relation wid d person u spend most of ur tym wid.......whether man or a woman u r able 2 bond wid dem better....in such case if ur colleague is frm d opposite sex...chances of affair is vry much high as wid tym u understand d person betr.....n der is no harm in having an affair as long as its not xtra marital affair
