People have simply done it by their will, passion and desire. But management education has also produced many bigwigs. A management education gives a perspective towards analysis and problem solving.It enables one to take decisions in a scientific manner, it enables you to handle the stress and strains of a demanding job...etc...

Today management is important or you may say it is the backbone of any business. There is the example of many business icons like Dhirubhai Ambani, Ratan Tata, Steve Jobs who got success without any management education then i would like to clear that these people create idea and concept but lastly they needed management people.
