Is women reservation required?

When we talk of equality of any kind may it be caste religion creed or gender the reservation indicates that the community is not strong enough and needs protection of reservation. So any one who supports reservation for any kind does feel that the community or person requiring reservation is weak in some way. i believe everyone has equal rights and hence do not support reservation!!!!

Well the question of demanding reservation is not the question here. The topic is on the thought that whether one should provide reservation to women yes or no. And in the case you say, if its a demand then its because of the fact that even though women have proved themselves competent to men; it is men who feel who arent that competent and so refusing the reservation.!!!!!

I think they should be given reservation to those woman who are uneducated to make them educated, who are poor and live in villages, who does not even know her rights. Reservation should be given to weak and poor woman to make them more developed and strong.
