WE were really the part of recession?

though u all know about recession....
but my question is that, u people really think we were the part of the recession.......or that was the tactics to make benefit from the employees to give less salary or hire in low salary?

The $ prices were falling, so the companies were taking a hit on their profits. But then, it was not as bad as in some other Countries..India ever went into that kind of recession.
