well...i think starting a company soon after graduation involves a lot of risk ..as we are quite fresh and are not much aware of the market which is extremely mandatory to get on with a new business or a company...instead gaining some experience in the concerned field will involve lesser risk and will be quite motivating . | | | | | MBA Help | | RAM Your Friendly Helper

i dont think its a good option to start a business straight away after the college..... cause we can only see few big companies, in my opinion they have luck ,thatsy they became that much success full..... but there are many more companies which are not so succesfull beacuse they dont have luck.... so in the absence of luck we need to have some experience so that we can start our own business..... | | | | | | | | Trainee Manager Institute: FORE School of Management, Delhi

i think before starting a company of his own, one should first gain some corporate work experiance to understand the challenges of managing a business, also understand the risks involved. Apart from that it is always a good idea to be financially sound before venturing into a new business. | | | | | | | | Trainee Manager Institute: NIFT

According to me one should start his own business when he is confident abt himself.
It should not matter how much experience he has as long as he is ready to run his own business and fully prepared.
Discipline could a key factor in running a business. If one thinks that by gaining some Work exp he will b better equipped then he should go and work in some co. | | | | | | | | Trainee Manager Institute: Christ college

Starting a company is almost like nuturing a baby. You cannot fully learn everything and then start. But there are certain basic elements of business that one must know so that the process of learning and implementing would be easier.
First of all one must know what is takes to start a company, manage a company and run profitably with a longer vision in mind.
Try to get your answers clear about these before starting any business.
Like any work you need to know about what you are doing- know about the business by doing proper industry and business research. Then just take action and move on...

I think it depends on how much clarity you have on what you want to do. If you only have a dream to open a company and have not worked out on the details part it is better to spend some time firming up your plan and then launching your company. | | | | | | | | Trainee Manager Institute: Welingkars Institute

It depends on the desire and drive of the individual. It also is dependent on the individual's traits. If entrepreneurhip traits are missing then inspite of adequate capital and trained & experienced manpower, the individual may not survive for long in the market considering the stiff competition and market dynamics | | | | | | | | Trainee Manager Institute: TIET
