The airline industry is in losses, but are they really changing to get the break- even.. Are the mergers and takeovers : JET-SAHARA, KINGFISHER-AIR DECCAN, AIR INDIA-INDIAN AIRLINES leading this industry somewhere?? HAVE YOUR SAY!!

i dont know how is gona change n what will happen but heard that the merger of jet n sahara is fallin off n this is better for jet as was seen that Since the time the deal was done, valuations of Jet had fallen by around 35%.

hey.. the deal is fully done up with.. n sahara will be runned under JET-ELITE name... Just check it out!!!

the merger game in airlines industy is really moving at speed of massa n hamilton ...the dust of aquization of deccan by kingfisher hasnt setteld yet and thr is talk of aquisation of go air run by wadias by paramount airways run by thygarajan of chennai..with all this consolidation going on in industry ..lets hope it helps out customers in getting some improved service...

Another Airline joined the fray.Paramount Airlines has placed a bid for low cast carrier GoAir.If the deal is successful,then it cud put an end to the fare war.

Then India will have 5-6 major airlines that have both business class and also low cost carrier.Moreover,LCC will also have capital base to serve the community better.
