I think this is a mindset of every country that we must understand, why any country would not prefer their own country man. There is no doubt we Indians are the best but there is something like responsibility of country and its citizens they also have to answer their country man regarding their policies. See we Indians would like to recruit any foreigner for a job in India. We people cannot even like to recruit people from other state in our home state regardless of how much excellent he/she is.
So its not matter that we are less capable,looser its simply that they have to provide employment to their own population also.
Despite all this we are doing quite well globally.

for eg. chines and japaniz peple hard work for maximum 20to 24 hours but indian man hard work only for 10 to 12 hours
in between that they can doing anther work

I am totally disagreed with you rajan we are not lazy reasons behind this are more political and based on mindsets of country.
