For a nation who make something called kamasutra... Kissing .. Isint socially wrong its a display of affection towards the partner who you love... But guess religion is not in da picture

I dont agree with the fact that 2 to 3 sec kiss is okay but smooches is not ok, as V R Indians and V hv to follow our religion ??
No Religion says that kiss is okay and smooches is not okay
have some common sense

if it is comfortable to both the partners than whats the harm for anyone else..

I am in complete support that kiss is okay in public places

I believe it depends upon circumstances. If you are at night club or any other place like honeymoon spot then its okay to kiss in public. If you are at any other public place where kids/ children can view your acts, then one should avoid it. The children of age group 12-14 years are very dangerous.

well....is kissing in public allowed legally...if yes, then is it allowed socially? and i mean really normal public places like a proper restaurant or the railway station or a super market.
by socially i mean would other people present object to kissing in a public place...and actually not only kissing but any display of affection....or is it that its just accepted that you are not supposed to kiss in public?

Just an affectionate light kiss is no big deal though many many Indians will not do so in public.
However just clinging on and long smooches as done in the west is certainly a no no. You are talking about a culture where a young man will even put out his cigarette if an elderly relative enters the room.

Kissing in public is not good at all. It spoils the mind of yonger generation and beside of doing productive work there mind plays mischeif.
