to kiss in public but what should be taken care of is that we should be responsible enough to take precautions regarding the surrounding

YES.
surely it is okay unless and untill ur act is not hurting some1(public). if the person and his/her partner are okay with it, then i fail to understand what is the problem to others in it. the couple knows wat is good for them and what is bad, they can take their own decision,
on one side parents say, get mature, take ur decisions, and when u take the decisions, they abandon it with their VETO power.

yes i think kissing should be okay in public.....as per my knowledge there is no law to stop iit...its jus that our conscious and respect towards elders forces us not toi do so
