I'll say that Elephants due to their large size depict 'Strength & Power'; Ants on the other hand depict 'Clarity of Vision'.

Its hard to choose any ONE because both do hard work corresponding to their parameters/dimension or whatever you call it. What we should understand with this discussion is that any work we do - requires a clear cut vision and self-dedication like ants and we should use our strengths/power/skills like an elephant to reach our GOALS.
