i do not see any uniformity. in any public sector bank HR policy is based on the agreements. in private banks it is left to the management | | | | | | | | Trainee Manager Institute: S.R College

As far as my knowledge goes, HR practices in Public Sector Banks are quite procedure-driven. They usually have a defined process for various HR activities.
