When the factor is career, then during such a state of job losses happening all over the industry, definitely sticking to the job is wise decision... irrespective of remuneration...

dude, sitting back at home and doing nothing is worst. so in this scenario, when all the jobs have dried up and people are dying to get a job, u should feel lucky that u atleast have a scope.
and if u sit at home, and dont work anywhere, then till spoils ur resume, because then u will have to give excuses in the next interview explaining that why u didnt have job.

b'coz in this stage many workers are losing their jobs..
so it is obvious that it is very difficult to get a big pakage

and doing something is always better than nothing.....

its better to compromise for salary rather not having anything at all...... if the market rises again, you will be considered for salary increment, else you are always in better situation than other atleast u have exposure to recession market and jobs

Its left to the individuals to take a decision.But considering the industrial climate the low salary is expected.Some might take the offer but some might wait for a better package.It is left to the individuals.
