guys i m currently doing ma bachelors in management studies (3rd yr), planning to do ma MBA from abroad considering UK & USA as ma place of selection. but with d current financial crisis... i m skeptical of whether to go ahead ...knowing about the recent practice of retrenchment n job loss i m kept with 2 minds ...

frnds plz do help me make ma decision on this one..will be really grateful to u all .....thnx

I think there is no point in compromising with the education looking at the current meltdown.What matters is the quality.If you get into a good university then go for abroad on the other hand indian B school's like ISB,IIM's and many more insitute are offering much more better courses than many B schools in USA or UK.If you can crack any of the top ten b schools in India then definitely you should go for an Indian MBA because freshers are considered for MBA only in India.whereas to end up with a good B school in USA or UK you have to have atleast 4-5 yrs. of experience.there are b schools in UK who offer mba to the freshers but they are not accredited by AMBA which is not a good sign for a fresher.And the meltdown will last upto 2-3 years but the education is going to stay with you for your life so think about it.

but same is the case for ISB ....they consider work experience of at least 2 yrs after graduation....n IIMS u know so dificult to crack...
well niraj i want to get admission outside india ...frankly speaking want to run away from dis place...can u giv me abetter option for the same... i would appreciate ur feedback....thnx 1ce again

I am never go outside to India. But my personal experience show that you can go out side your without any hesitation. There is no effect on your study. If you would like to Job with continue study so this is difficult. Because my friend told me that there is very bad condition of job in abroad. Recession is affected all the fields all over world.
