how was your cet exam

hi guys,
how was your cet exam.mine was fine..............

I hear they changed a lot on the pattern with the ambiguity levels being very high !

How did the others find the paper on account of difficulty, length, etc ?

So last paper of the season finally over...and definitely not a feel good paper to end the season

Paper was difficult compared to last year, also had few changes... Passage split into 3 small passages. No Maths except probability.

DI & DS
2 sets of DI was very easy one set was bit time consuming (Table - Pass and Fail of students for different classes ) and set of Number/Percentage of children, men, women in six games was damn lengthy and was a complete shocker.
Attempted all sets of DI with 2-3 tukkas

DS was piece of cake. very straight forward ?S.


Maths
Sets on Bodmas and approximation was again time consuming. probablity was ok ok for me.

Verbal
A welcome change in verbal, instead of a single passage there were 3 passages, out of that 2 were easy and one with Missiles related was bit ambiguous and difficult. Vocab in all 3 passages was easy.

Jumbled paragraph was quite tricky and also Sentence Completion from among 9 statements was difficult.

Fill in the blanks and sentence correction (Best way to rephrase the sentence grammatically ) was easy.

Logical Reasoning & Visual Reasoning

Sets of decision making, Alpha numeric sequence questions, Verbal Symbols and Notations (vowels and consonants), Distribution (Seven friends and three orgn, seven departments) were easy. seating arrangement was bit tricky and time consuming.

Set of Number series ( composite followed by odd, even...perfect square ) was bit ambiguous and was time consuming. Set of Conclusions ( all, some, some not ) was again time consuming and of moderate difficulty level.

Cause and effect ?s was again difficult

Visual reasoning was balanced with moderate, difficult as well as easy questions.


So overall my paper was kinda ok ok

Genuine attempts : 165
Educational Tukkas : 15 ( includes visual and logical reason )
Designer Tukkas : 15 ( didn't attempted conclusion set, greater than smaller than set, one set of number series )

Can't predict any cut-offs because of increase in number of students ( 1.2 lakh students appeared compared to 92k of last year )

So Hoping for a decent accuracy and a good score.

exam paper was easy n lenghty infact too too calculative paper

evn some topics which were expected was not there at all~~~

The paper was pretty lengthy and required a lot of oral calculations. But in all quite easy though.


Lets hope for the best and wait till the results are out.
