The very first hand view of the situation up here in UK does not look good. The economy has seen the worst in the last 35 years..
The Deloitte Economic Review said that the housing market would be at the heart of the downturn, with prices falling by about 5% this year (already down by 20-25% in the last 1 yr). He expects house prices to fall by 8% in 2009.
Deloitte said a prolonged economic downturn may also force employers to "wield the axe more sharply".
Experian, a financial data firm, said that between 10,000 to 20,000 of London's 400,000 financial services jobs could be lost over the next 18 months.
and the list is endless. UK is in a credit crunch friends..Will it lead to a recession in time to come???????????????????????
