scams in the past in our country have created history...
harshad mehta, ketan parekh scams...to name some...
these happened due to the loopholes in the banking system, corruption....
banks were affected, innocent investors lost their money...share market indeed was played with..
required actions were taken against the accused... harshad died... parekh in jail...
but do we still have a straight answer to this ques:

Yes it is said to be the worlds legal casino. It can be played with. Dont u c even it today, (Precisely year and more back) Any fool came with an IPO and priced it at par with the A Group Co.s
By any sense, one cannot have same pricing as ONGC, RIL OR Infosys. But back then unheard names although having good bzns priced anywher betwn 700-1200. Ofcourse u wil say Share Price cannot be looked at that way, But one need to understand all it will BOIL down to Profits - which can be distributed, increase shareholder value, In that regards RIL, ONGC r way ahead, then how can anybody whtevr bzns, price it along those lines.
Wht happened to RPower, V ALL HAVE WITNESSED. Even today ther r Co.s out ther which on a daily basis r traded in UPPER CIRCUIT. BSE overlooks knowingly. Not that I dont invest but ther r ppl out ther who have strong LOBBY n play with a different mindset.

Yes,share market is a high risk and high return game.So you can play with it very well. But the rules of the game are not easy one.I'm not saying it as impossible. They are complex rules. It requires good amount of knowledge, some money and lot of time to play the game. You will be high stress when you win & wen you loose. You need to take care of this.

My sources have predicted that the market will be down for the next 4 years .
Will someone dare play in such market? I doubt !

I have heard tat one economist predicted the market wud go down once in 7 yrs.Even in 1994-95,I guess we had the Stock market scam and in 2001 we had 9/11 and now in 2008,we are having the mortgage meltdown. But after every fall there is a steep increase in some trend. For eg. after 2001,India became the outsourcing super power. So letz c watz happening to the world after this 2008 crash.
