United Way of Mumbai and the Art Of Living have jointly organized a

Free Session on Post Trauma counseling

for all the blast affected people, their families and friends. It also aims to help the general public directly or indirectly affected by the blasts. The money for the patients treatment is taken care of by the government, there's enough blood in blood banks; the only space left blank is of the effect of blast on minds and lives of people. The victims and their families are perhaps the ones worst affected and are in a state of trauma. They would have lost hope in life and would always be afraid to be alone and so on. One couldn't imagine their condition. Say whatever about the spirit of Mumbai, the spirit of the victims and their families is definitely let down.

The session aims at empowering the people to cope u with stress and trauma, to strengthen ourselves and access our full potential.

Moreover it also teaches breathing exercises, yoga, meditation, relaxation techniques

(this is what all of us need), It is to be held this Friday, Saturday and Sunday at the following time. Something's in life are not to be thought about, they are just acted upon and here's the opportunity to do so. Maybe u r affected by blast or not, it's all set to change your Life.



Friday – 21st July – 5pm to 9pm

Saturday – 22nd July – 10am to 6pm

Sunday – 23rd July – 10am to 6pm
