My Journey to the IIM !!

friends i am in bad mood today...dont know why i am sharing all this from you all .... but i feel without clearing all this i cant move ahead so i am starting this thread ..... i want genuin reply from all you frinds .... will help me alot...
following is the letter i wrote to one of the iim-a lecturar till now i have not got the responce but i need it from you .............
i CHOSE TO BE EKLAVYA NOW STANDING OUTSIDE IIM-A FRINDS HERE IS THE LETTER.............

respected sir,
i have accumulated a lot of courage to write this to you kindly read it and guide me taking some time out of you busy schedule..
i am 30 yr old dreamt hard for iim-a quit all for cat exam, but in last 2months before exam i was hospitalised .so lost the game..i have 7 yrs of marketing experience, my past acdemic record is not good got 49% in graduation, i am joining a b-school in delhi affilated to hissar university...after my mba i plan for NET exam and PHd..
respected sir my dream is still standing in front of me to be in iim-a ..now as a faculty one day..if i dare say so..may i dream so! what can i do to realise this sole dream i can put all myself in coming years how ever long route will be i shall keep running on this path....kindly guide me ,may i dream so with such bad case in my lap...if yes how shall i walk for it ..one thing i must say i can not look back my dream and decisions so far are on logical grounds (according to my frame of refrence)...i just want to know can such person still dream so according to your frame of referance...if yes what should be my path..
i shall always wait for yor kind reply

I tell you what raj... The problem is that the letter is not so convincing.. secondly its a email which might be deleted without being read.

The email has lot of grammatical mistakes which work against you.

If you really want to do something.. go to IIM's .. meet some profs there.. and talk to them face to face..

Secondly, I dont know whats the HO HUM about IIM's ... I mean you need not be in the IIM's to be successful .

If you really want to teach.. teach people in colleges.. I know some profs in mithibai BMS who have the caliber to mesmerize the students.. If neone has heard about BIPIN SIR... He has made a mark in the minds of thousands of students...

Dont care about the institute.. if you even teach in a small institute.. but leave a mark ... mesmerize the students.. that is far more satisfactory than teaching at the IIM's to students who already have reached a certain level that they might not respect what you have to offer.

raj if u have confidence in ur self and in ur work u dont need IIM All successfull ppl r nor from IIM and look at Laxmi mittal he completede his studies from rajasthan coll till 12th (hindi medium) then later completed his grad from other institute and he is only a B.com graduate but his aims and ambition completed his dream . he did not take any spealization from IIM or any other institute . All these qwualities is also there within u . u only need to relize that and put them in the right direction.

well amit........bond was askin for genuine reply.....he can do whtevr he wnts.....but as he has askd for rply...thts y we r givin it......its wh i feel is correct......u can call it anyhtng.....i dont care anywayz......
