Take out ego and desire and you are left with happiness through gratitude of who you are and where you are and what is possible.
 
Happiness is something that we all want but many people think it is challenging and even harder to sustain. In case you are feeling bad or having a difficult day, the best way to cheer yourself up by just thinking of a person, situation which makes you laugh!

Firstly we should not manage stress because we mange things which are important to us and i don't think anybody has kept stress as an important factor in their life.

happiness comes when you take the situation like a situation and think over it rather looking at as a problem, moment you think its a problem for me you brain takes a step back and goes in dark.
