How to Create Engaged Employees

Every executive and manager wants a highly motivated, committed, and fully engaged workforce. Stephen Covey in his book "Principe Centered Leadership" indicated that a gain of 500% is possible if you created high performers. My 30+ years of managing people makes me agree with that.
