You Need a Quantifiable Business Plan

Your Business Focus Strategy Needs To Be Quantifiable

One of the best ways to remain focused is to make certain that your plan has quantifiable goals.

Stating that you want to make a lot of money is not a quantifiable goal. You need to be precise.

The point being that there needs to be a number and it needs to be reasonable and actionable.

In essence a number you'll reach in the time frame you said you were planning to reach it.

Having a quantifiable goal can help you to remain focused.

Once you have quantified what you wish to achieve, the next big step is to break it down into bite sized pieces.

If you can take your revenue goal and divide it by 365, you'll know how much revenue you need to generate every day to reach your goal. It is a good way to test your focus strategy.

If you are not reaching your numbers for any given day, should you really be spending your time watching a webinar on how to create more Facebook Fans?

Quantifiable goals enable us to cross-check whether we have succeeded or not after a certain period. That's the major benefit, in my opinion, of setting quantifiable goals in a business plan. Also, its easier to get feedback and take decisions when the plan the goal isn't going as expected.
