Consider yourself worthy.

This is the most important aspect. There will be conditions when you will feel depressed and consider yourself a waste. But let this not become permanent. You are equally endowed with talent as everyone else. You can accomplish great things and can achieve success.

Improve in one area every month.

Choose twelve areas where you think you need improvement to change your life. Once you have decided these, pick one of these and work on improving it for a month. And this way you can cover all the twelve areas in a year’s time. You need not achieve 100% percent improvement. Even 1% improvement in each area will help you a lot. At the end of the year you can improve by around 12% to say the least.

Give up opposing yourself

You are your biggest enemy. Everytime you have a negative thought in your mind, try to ignore it or neutralize it by saying something positive. Think that you are a worthy person and deserve all the good that this world and universe can offer you. You have to alter your thought process. Make a resolution that you will make an attempt to do what you think rather than the negative thoughts pulling you down even before you attempt
