We can list many areas of life where one can need counselling. Few noticeable are relationships, stress, confidence, trauma, self esteem etc.
We assume counselling a negative thing, because whenever asks someone so you need counseling we instantly say "NO" I do not need it.
But in reality it can help us get more out of our lives , it can help us explore things that our hidden within and we have never ever noticed, can also help us overcome stress. build our confidence, build ones self-estem many more advantages.
This can be of great help especially at work place, when an employees performance lowers than standard he/she after a discussion with the superiors and if theres no result ;is sent to counseller to discuss problems relating to him/her affecting his work.
But the question arises do people approach counsellers ; or do they feel aweful to help themselves
thankss
