I have a project on Stock Valuation based on Fundamental & Technical Study.

i have term project on stock valuation.
initially i need definitions like discounted dividend models, discounted cash flow model, market muliple model.
by using discounted cash flow model i have to valuate a firm bases like that:
for estimation backward to 3 years 2007,2006,2005(cashflow to the firm)
by these datas 5years forward cash flow estimation (net cash flow to the firm) 2008-..-2012
then
-w.a.c.c. estimation
-firm value
-extract financial debts
-divide equity founded by the number of stocks
-value of 1 stock
-discount it to the 31December 2008
