HOW CAN WE GET THE DEBIT CARD?

If you already have an Account (Savings, Current* or Comfort ) with us, just fill in a simple application form and we will send the card across to you. If you don't have an account, open one today and request for the Debit Card to be issued to you.

WHAT DO WE DO IF OUR DEBIT CARD IS LOST OR GETS STOLEN?

The first thing you have to do is to call any IndusInd Bank Branch and report the loss, which enables us to deactivate the card immediately, thereby preventing misuse by others.
The emergency numbers to contact are 022-5691 8042 / 43 (24 Hours), 022-2823 7196 (8 A.M to 10 P.M). Your replacement Card would be despatched within a fortnight of your having reported the loss, at a nominal fee of Rs.100/-.
