I am rashmi k . ur project on stock broking is excellent. i am an MBA student. For summers i am getting an offer from L&T but it is in HR Dept &in 2nd year i wanna take finance .so is it advisable for me go in HR for summers.

the name L&t looks good on paper but since your doing your specialisation in finance, be ready to be grilled on your suumer project during your final placements.you are thus advised to choose a summer project in the area of your specialisation.Finally the choice is yours.All the best.

For doing a project on broking in operations area catch hold of a broker (prefrerably big ones like Motilal,Indiabulls & so on) or a BOLT operator to know the in & out of business.All the Best.
