Finance and Accounting for Management - Project need help

Tasks: The Term Paper requires to write a research paper on the following areas:

1> Financial and Non Financial Performance of a Company
2> Accounting Records and Systems of a Company or an Organisation (Busines Unit)
3> Management Control Environment of a Company or an Organisation (Business Unit)
4> Strategic Planning and Budgeting

I can either choose ONE.
Which will be easier? Please help to provide some info for this?
I have post in in "Accountancy" but I think this should more to FM?

if u ask me i wud say the first option as it is easy to analyse which has performed and which areas have not

its my suggestion but for that u need to be good at ratios
