hey dude,

to know about the working capital of Ranbaxy or Cipla or to say any pharmaceutical company would be very difficult to find out,

the only thing that you can find out would be what percentage of their actual cost is been used for controlling the Working Capital of the organization and as these companies have a huge range products so the working capital requirement of all the products also vary depending upon the amount of production the requirement of the raw materials n various other factors.

you can also check the annual report of these companies on their web sites and also find relavant data from the annual report..
