Rural finance indian economy plays very important role. MFI - Micro finance Institutes are mainly working on rural finance.
They are either NGO( Society , trust ot Company Section 25 ,1956 ) or NBFC. Their prime objective is to provide small amount of loans to rural people who are unable to access the Banking or formal sector for the same.
Presently MFI are best instrument to reach the greater depth of rural finance.
