Private Label Programme:

Food Bazaar is now ready to launch its Private Label Programme (PLP), which aims at creating the back end to develop and supply to the stores a range of products under its own brand name.


Vision Statement:

Food Bazaar shall launch a Pvt Label wherever it can add at least two out of following four values & can generate sufficient volume / turnover:

a) Snob Value

b) Convenience

c) Health

d) Perceptible Value Mission

To launch value added products under PLP it will focus on Indian Values & Indian Products and shall use the ‘Community Model’ wherever feasible.



Community Model:

It involves women & other weaker sections of the society. Under this model, raw material will be distributed to the concerned people, who will process & pack it in the Food Bazaar packaging and deliver it as finished products.

The products already launched by Food Bazaar as a part of its private label programme, under its brand name ‘ Food Bazaar’ are Tea (4 varieties), Salt and Ready Mix Masalas. The products are making waves, and the response received is very good.


Products on the verge of launch:

Products like Pickles, Sauces and Chutneys, Jams, Namkeens, RTC & RTE, Best of India and Atta are on the verge of being launched. Most of analysis is done, dealers are finalized, and packaging and labeling has been decided upon. The products are almost on their final stage of launch.
