There are altogether six departments and six managers to manage them. All of them work under Mr. Anwer Shaikh. In all, MID-DAY METRO employs more than 700 people in all the departments.

He personally holds meetings with the managers and employees of the Company once in a week or month to co-ordinate with them the various functions and operations in the various departments.

According to him interaction is the key word in any organization. When we asked Mr. Anwer how he delegated work amongst his subordinates, he said that it mainly depends on the nature of the work being given.


But reliability amongst the employees is the key word.

According to him definition of a successful manager *a *Manager has to be a a good human being first

*He should be like a warrior (a great leader), who leads in a right way.

*A manager should be someone who has dealt with him shelf first.

*He should be aware if what he is doing and is he consciously leading his people.



*He should have a good vision and right approach.
