I am to make a presentation on SCM (as part of the IT subject we hv in MMS) i have downloaded the file you hv posted here.. will it help me in highlighting the following:
The definition and use of SCM
The various elements / factors covered in SCM
Which all functions r neatly integrated in SCM
the design of SCM and the requirements of the resources thereon
Feasibility and suitability for various size of organisations?

Can you please reply me at your soonest on this.. thanks

hey i did go thru that file of anurag'z but its all about CPM and PERT methods. its actually a software that he would have designed..

plz i need more info on SCM can anyone help?
