I am not sure whether this is the right place to ask this question anyway,
In the case of a Landlord and Tenant who is deducting TDS on the rent he is paying whose responsibility is it to see that the tax is paid to the IT Department i.e. the onus of paying the deducted amount(TDS) rests with the Landlord or Tenant?
