Ms. Geetha Chaturvedi is Industrial Psychologist by qualification with an overall HR experience of over 13 years in different capacities – starting from Management Trainee to Head of Human Resources at CGI – a Canadian global conglomerate with over 25,000 employees worldwide.She also worked at CMC Ltd and ATV Projects. She has undergone training in IS) 900 and ISABS.
Mr.Siraj is the Founder Director, Institute of HRD. He is a Rank Holder in Engineering from Mysore University. He holds an M.B.A in Human Resources Management. He has designed and successfully conducted a wide range of training programmes for MNC,s, Private and Public sector enterprises in India & Middle East. He was the Vice President-South of Indian Society for Training & Development, during 2001-2002. He is actively involved in the activities of many professional bodies like, Bangalore Management Association, National Institute of Personnel Management, and Bangalore Toastmaster Club. His specialized areas in management include Competency Mapping, Learning Organization & Leadership, Sourcing,& Organizational Behaviour. He has coedited four books on human resources mangement published by Institute of HRD. Mr.Siraj has personally conducted training programme for many organizations which include Larsen & Toubro Ltd., ITC Infotech, Siemens, ABB Ltd.and many more. Mr.Siraj has been a member of Toastmasters International, U.S.A since 1992.
