'VESIMSR INTERCITY PAPER PRESENTATION CONFERENCE'

ON

"ECONOMIC ENVIRONMENT OF BUSINESS"

(20th September, 2008)

RESEARCH PAPERS, WITH ALL BROAD ASPECTS OF ECONOMIC ENVIRONMENT OF BUSINESS ARE INVITED.

Suggested Areas: Fiscal and Monetary Policies, Anatomy of Economy, Structural adjustment programs and economic reforms, Velocity of Economy, Politico-economic issues, Eco-Iegal issues, Development issues and all other issues which have effect on business, its Financial, HRM, Operation and Marketing activities, but are not under control. So this is the broad area where researchers can submit their contributions on any Issue.

Instructions for submission of Papers:

Three types of articles can be submitted:
1. Observations in the form of Case Study (Max 1000 words) 2. Commentary with a literature review (Max 2000 words) 3. Special Research papers (Max 8000 words)

Submit one soft copy to text and a hard copy to Head Research, VES IMSR, (at the above address). All submitted papers will be reviewed by the panellist of Journal of Global Economy. Papers will be sent back to authors with comments from panellist and authors will have to improve and resubmit, if required.

Papers with clear-cut objectives, methodology and findings based on literature review or empirical analysis will only be selected for

1. For presentation in VESIMSR Conference ( To be published in Journal of
Global Economy)
2. For presentation in VESIMSR Conference (To be published in YES Journal of
Management Research)
3. Abstract only for publication (VES Journal of Management Research)

Paper presentation is not allowed in absentia, however abstract if selected shall be published in respective journals in absentia, provided author registers.

Deadline for submission: 1 ih August, 2008
Paper Format: MS Word Font 12 point, New Times Roman 1.5 line space, Registration Fees:
a) For those researchers wanting to send the papers:
Papers not accompanied by registration fees will not be processed. Send DD or cheque ofRs. 800/- along with article to cover the following costs:
a) Processing fees
b) Conference registration fees
c) Courier and other charges.
d) Conference Kit
e) Tea, snacks and lunch during the conference.
f) Complimentary copy of Journal of Global Economy (Conference Issue)
g) Complimentary Copy of VESIMSR Journal of Management Research
(Conference Issue)
h) Certificates of participation.

b) For all others All others are also welcome to register on the day of conference with registration fees of Rs. 1000/- subject to availability of seats.
