OPERACY 2009- All India Management Meet (23rd & 24th November, 2009)


Dear Sir/Madam,

Operacy, an annual KIAMS initiative, now in its eleventh year, provides a common platform for the budding managers to hone their managerial skills and to have an enriching interaction. Operacy consists of two segments one for B-school students and the other for young managers with three or less than three years of work experience. The meet envelops two competitions this year :

1. Chakravyuh - For the Best Manager.
2. Sponsors of Future: For the Best Entrepreneur.

Details for the Best Manager

1) Round 1 – Selection Round on the basis of submission of hard copy & soft copy of “Solution to Live Business Challenge”


2) Round 2 - THE GRAND FINALE:
Round 2a – “Solution to Live Business Challenge” presentation. (50 % weight age)
Round 2b – Overall Managerial Skills testing: (50 % weight age)

Details for the Best Entrepreneur

1) Round 1 –-Selection round based on the hard copy and soft copy of the Synopsis of the Business Plan.

2) Round 2 - THE GRAND FINALE:
Round 2a - Business Plan presentation. (50 % weightage),
Round 2b - Testing of Entrepreneurial Skills through group and individual (50 % weightage)

Prize Money: 1) Chakravyuh: B-schools : Rs 20,000
Corporate : Rs 20,000

2) Sponsors of Future: Rs 20,000
