Molson Acquisition in Brazil

Hi Guys,
these are the way we do our cases at university. This is a big ass case, examining the acquisition of Bavaria in Brazil by Molson, one of the topmost breweries in Canada.They are like , say, the UB Group of Mallaya in India.It encompasses the econometrics, marketing, strategy as well as the financial aspects of case analysis. Please read it with a mug of hot chocolate in hand because the case is 48 pages including graphs, flowcharts and exhibits...enjoy.....Kiran.

P.S- Just by way of curiosity, any North American students who visit this site or am i the only one......
