Let me start what VPN refers to: Virtual Private Network

A virtual private network (VPN) is a method of computer networking--typically using the public internet--that allows users to share information privately between remote locations, or between a remote location and a business' home network. A VPN can provide secure information transport by authenticating users, and encrypting data to prevent unauthorized persons from reading the information transmitted. The VPN can be used to send any kind of network traffic securely.

VPNs are frequently used by remote workers or companies with remote offices to share private data and network resources. VPNs may also allow users to bypass regional internet restrictions such as firewalls, and web filtering, by "tunneling" the network connection to a different region.

Technically, the VPN protocol encapsulates network data transfers using a secure cryptographic method between two or more networked devices which are not on the same private network, to keep the data private as it passes through the connecting nodes of a local or wide area network.

VPN is short for Virtual Private Network.
Here, you login with a VPN token or key, in which the security code changes after every 60 seconds. This is a secure network, connected directly to Satellite!

VPN is virtual private network, a network that is constructed by using public wires to connect nodes. For example, there are a number of systems that enable you to create networks using the Internet as the medium for transporting data. These systems use encryption and other security mechanisms to ensure that only authorized users can access the network and that the data cannot be intercepted.

VPN is virtual private network. it useful for an organization. VPN allows administrators to take advantage of the Internet to help provide the functionality and security of private WAN connections at a lower cost. In Windows Server 2003, VPN is enabled using the Routing and Remote Access service
VPN connections use either Point-to-Point Tunneling Protocol (PPTP) or Layer Two Tunneling Protocol/Internet Protocol security (L2TP/IPSec) over an intermediate network, such as the Internet. By using the Internet as a connection medium,.

In real we use Virtual Private Network VPN to access the websites illegally. Some websites are blocked by GOVT and we access these sites via tunnels. Its unethical but whose care at all???
