MALL TO COME UP AT NOVA VILLAGE

‘Nova Village, a hot marriage and garba venue situated on the Sarkhej-Gandhinagar highway, may pave the way for a shopping mall. The Safal group, which has been roped in for a joint venture to develop the 10,000 sq yard of land. The land would be used for commercial use. Sources say, it would be a mall or shopping complex.

Chiripal and Safal have floated a join venture firm to develop the property.

Market sources say, earlier, Chiripal group had given the piece of land to Narendra Somani of Grand Bhagwati for running it as a party plot on a contract basis.

Safal and Chiripal group wants to cash in on the boom on SG Highway. Dhiren Vora of Safal said, “We would develop a shopping mall at the plot where Nova Village was located.
