its was a highly indecent act which a person can commit and the punishment which does not exist in the eyes of law should be as hard/ severe as possible so as to create a precedence giving the generations lessons to respect the counter sex.

Why did she have to do that act in the past before the cam and give it to a guy, if she wanted to decline marrying him?

Noida and Delhi has been under scanner and it is not the safest place to live well, why this happened in the capital of India. The capital should be the safest place, our home is not clean and we talk about cleaning the country. There are numerous situation where they have proven that Delhi is not the safest place to live fr women . It can be changed if our law becomes more stringent. Women should fight back and hit that culprit so hard that he should never ever again think about harassing women. Women suraksha ki baari hai ab Delhi ki baari hai.
