Ambassador leaks are a 'matter of regret', Britain tells U.S.

Britain's government has told Washington that leaks of memos in which the UK ambassador described U.S. President Donald Trump's administration as "dysfunctional" were a matter of regret, the Prime Minister Theresa May's spokesman said on Monday.<div class="feedflare">
