Italy to return ambassador to Cairo, ending clash over murdered student

ROME (Reuters) - Italy's Foreign Minister Angelino Alfano said on Monday that he would restore the country's ambassador to Cairo more than a year after the murder of Giulio Regeni, an Italian graduate, led to the recall of the previous liaison.<div class="feedflare">
