Almost everyone have heard the hit single 'Don't Worry, Be Happy' by Bobby McFerrin. The song has a very catchy way of conveying its message of being happy to everyone. Bobby Mcferiin's simple message surely made a lot of people by telling them not to worry.
Social networks or relationships are essential to happiness. People are different, accept people for who or what they are, avoid clashes, constant arguments, and let go of all kinds of resentments. If arguments seem unavoidable still try and make an effort to understand the situation and you might just get along with well with.
The following points can help you a lot if you wish to work in that area:
• Practice “letting go” and surrendering your negative thinking to the Divine having faith that there is a greater intelligence in the Universe that is in charge. You have now resigned as General Manager of the Universe.
• Relax and visualize a preferred positive outcome to your concern and picture it as already having happened that way. Since you don’t really know what will happen in the future, you might as well choose an outcome that blesses you right now rather than a negative one that eats away at you physically, mentally and emotionally
• Begin to live with a daily attitude of gratitude. Starting with the smallest, simplest thing that you can appreciate right now, say “thank you” to the Divine and feel some of the pressure lift off your shoulders. Continue to count your blessings until you feel saturated with good feelings.
