GMAT score of 400: Must get in this year

I have attempted GMAT twice and have managed to get a score of 400 each time.

I really need to get into an MBA program this year. Please advise me about some colleges that I could apply for!

I believe that if you spend 2 hours a day for a full week practising, you will manage to get a 500.
