B2A - eCommerce...help needed!!

Hi guys, a friend of mine is working on a project on eCommerce, with a Business-to-Administration (B2A) Model...

Basically, they're looking to do a case study on a website which follows a B2A model.

I would've found info myself, but I'm too caught up in work....any suggestions/ideas/help is welcome.
