When i was searching details of fees in Narsee monjee's MBA programme i got this:
FEES FOR ALL TWO YEAR’S FULL TIME – MBA PROGRAMMES


1st Year Rs.1,75,000/- (Open)
Rs.4,50,000/- (Management)

2nd Year Rs.1,67,100/- (Open)
Rs.4,42,100/- (Management)

Can anybody explain me why is Management's fees so high and Open's fees is low.Plz let me know as soon as possible.

Management Seats refer to management quota seats , which are limited. Demand supply theory. Hence high fees. Though I am not very sure.

Can you pass the link which mentions fees of management quota ?

Management education in most of the colleges is an expensive affair... and the cost amounts to 7-8 lakhs roughly

well i resaon is pretty much simple re......for OPEN seats colleges cant chrg more as thy r also watched by government......colleges get subsidies for open seats.....
as in case of MANAGEMNT SEATS...........it entirley depends on colleges........thy aslo chrg high fess b'coz if college is good B school........a person will be ready to sheel out any amount to get admission........at least i thnk so......

I want more clear reason for such a huge gap between open and management.
