Business Law assignments

Hi All,

I need to submit two law assignments by coming thursday..

I have one made on copyrights another one i m plannin to make on data security or confidentiality policy or privacy policy...

i tried to dig out the web to knw abt it but in vain.. seems in india no proper bpo related laws r in place.. pardon me on my ignorance but if anyone has got any helpful data pertaining to the topics i mentioned then plz help.. any link or resource or reference wud be of a grt help

it looks like this is again a law from US is there such a law in india too??

or else can you suggest me to take up any other topic for the law assignment.. it shld be within the peripherals of business laws (corporates only)
